Personal Injury Paralegal
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
Job description: Denver-metro area law firm seeks a full time paralegal to support attorney for personal injury case load. Candidates must have at least one year of paralegal experience in personal injury law.
Responsibilities include communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance and legal representatives, and administrative agency/courts; ordering medical records and bills; maintaining client files; and drafting settlement demands. Some hearing/litigation work will be necessary (drafting pleadings, drafting mediation statements, responding to discovery, and scheduling conferences, mediations, depositions, and hearings). Candidate must work well with clients and co-workers, be a team player, and have good communication skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work-ethic.
Other skills required for the position include ability to use case management software, PDF management software, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Candidate must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance record in prior employment.

Compensation is $30.00-$36.00/hour, based on experience, and overtime is regularly required/approved.
