WC Attorney

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers compensation cases from start to finish.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Requirements for the Role:
- Admitted to practice law in Colorado.
- Minimum of three years of experience practicing workers compensation law.
- Litigation and hearing experience.
- Strong knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Personal Injury Paralegal
Denver-metro area law firm seeks a full-time paralegal to support an attorney with a personal injury caseload. Candidates must have at least one year of paralegal experience in personal injury law.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance and legal representatives, and administrative agencies/courts.
- Order medical records and bills.
- Maintain client files.
- Draft settlement demands.
- Some hearing/litigation work (drafting pleadings, drafting mediation statements, responding to discovery, and scheduling conferences, mediations, depositions, and hearings).
Requirements for the Role:
- At least one year of paralegal experience in personal injury law.
- Works well with clients and co-workers; team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use case management software, PDF management software, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reliable transportation and an excellent attendance record in prior employment.
